- The manager was extremely helpful and kind. She went out of her way to accommodate my needs. I am disabled and needed to have an early check-in and late check out as I was in Topeka for a surgical procedure.

Cons -
- No elevator
- Hotel staff was unfriendly and not very helpful. Wanted to change us extra for coming in early. Had a hot tub room where the plug didn't work
- No elevator, no luggage butler, no hand soap or shower toiletries, not enough towels & washcloths
