- This is not a hotel. Extremely dirty and with addicts inside and outside.

- I felt so unsafe that I chose to leave. Hotel refused to refund me. Not at all a good experience. Personally I am done with using booking.com - this is not a hotel fit for tourists and the pictures have nothing to do with reality

- Everything , disability rooms are to be safe comfortable place for those who are handicapped, the shower ceiling was falling , the shower had NO hot water and the legs on the shower chair where unsafe and bowed when sat upon…. There were burn holes in the sheets and curtains ….

This is not a hotel. Extremely dirty and with addicts inside and outside.
I felt so unsafe that I chose to leave. Hotel refused to refund me. Not at all a good experience. Personally I am done with using booking.com - this is not a hotel fit for tourists and the pictures have nothing to do with reality

Just the location, it was smelly, linen was old and dingy looking, floors were old and dirty looking
