My car broke down and I was stranded, the guy was able to get me right in

It's comfortable and clean, the staff are great nice stay.

It is not in a optimal location

The room was neat, pick up, warm (because it's winter right now), and inviting. There was enough open space and surfaces to allow things to be put away. The pillows were very comfy, I only had one because I sleep with a pillow hog and it didnt bother me.

The heating/cooling unit had a squeaky fan and the ice machine either didn't work or was otherwise out of service.

Not much.

The place and the room was dirty. There was long hair on the bathroom floor and one under the toilet seat. There is plastered covered holes and smudges on the walls. Carpets in the rooms and lobby were terrible.

Location, staff and price

The pool was very warm.

They said our room was ready, but when we walked in it smelled horribly and the beds weren't made. They switched us to a single room bit there was no price correction. The whole property smells of mildew and no customer service!

Ended up with NO security/safety issues

Res made 5/8/22 Called 5:11p letting know we were running late, BUT still coming Got there just before 11p and was told that a group had just left, SO NOW had a room for us, even tho reserved NO card key, BUT a deadbolt lock and no 2nd slide lock insid

Nothing. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. Three rooms, all filthy. Poop on the floor, hair on the toilets and in the showers, a man walked in on me in my room, employees mentioned how people were breaking into the hotel to swim

I contacted the Department of Agriculture to report the lodging violations. They need to be shut down ASAP. Health and safety violations everywhere!

The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was great for sleeping.

When you have to talk into your phone to translate with the front desk clerk it doesn¿t set a great presentation

It was essentially clean and well-kept.

When I arrived there was nobody at the desk to check me in. There was a bell to ring. I rang it several times. Nobody came. There was a phone number to call "Raul." Nobody answered. I waited a good 15 minutes before anybody showed up. And no breakfast.

This had to be the worst experience we have ever had. Nothing was positive about this experience

Check in was horrible and unprofessional. Room was dirty and bathroom door knob was missing with tissue stuffed in it. A white.. dried fluid was all over the bed and couch. Their was pencil markings and some sort of filler pressed In wholes in walls.

Location for our route.

No towels or soap in room. Foam around the sink visible. Poor quality. Halls smelled like smoke. Staff appeared to lack knowledge.

Cheap

Dirty. There's a open pool (no doors) in the very center of the hotel and like others have stated.. it makes the entire hotel damp. I hated it. I didn't feel comfortable having my toddler on the ground. But I got it super cheap.

Location

Waited for ten minutes to be checked in only to see the staff mosey in up the hall on his phone; called front desk to request towels because there were none by the pool as the signs read, No answer. Tried three more times, still no answer. Room was filthy

Very quiet, so convenient, confortable bed

WiFi was very spotty, didn't work well, poor quality pillows

Just older, had handicapped room, own outside door that didn't work was odd

The indoor pool was fairly nice.Pool was nice and warm and kids had fun playing in it.Could use some updates all around. Pool and rooms.Staff was great.Very accommodating,friendly.

On ground level floor and discovered that the window didn't lock.It would be really easy to crawl in and out of.Didn't feel to safe with that so stuck a board in it for the night and let them know the next day.Room was small.Pictures we're from back when

It was clean and great location.

The breakfast did not taste that good. The eggs was rubbery. The biscuits tasted a little funny. But it is a free breakfast so I can't Say it was all bad.

Room was not cleaned during our 2 day stay. Had to go to front desk to get clean towels but only had 2 pool towels. Not sure why room wasn't cleaned.

Breakfast was delicious.

We were not able to switch rooms to one that would better accomodate us. Some rooms did not have working A/C, so limited room selection. Our TV did not work & the ice maker did not work.
