Everything! It was peaceful, my room was spotless, the staff was amazing, and food was good for hotel food.

Excellent breakfast bar with several choices.

No elevator. No grab bars in bathroom.

Didn't like anything.

The room had a really bad musty smell. The sheets felt damp. The 2 staff members that were there when we arrived couldn't do a simple check in and had to call someone else in.

The unfriendly staff.people running around yelling in the hallway, I thought a man was stabbing a woman and the hotel staff didnt even try to do anything about what was happening.

Clean room, excellent customer service, friendly staff, and amazing continental breakfast

Availability

Brown stained fitted sheet. Very Wrinkled sheets. Hairs of previous people still in the fibers of the bed sheets, two pillow cases, and towels. The towels also had other people's hair. Unacceptable, had to sleep above covers, use my own towels.

Bed was very comfortable

My husband and I are 75 years old. I have a bad knee and my husband a "frozen shoulder" for which he is taking therapy. So when I was told that we were on the second floor and there were the stairs, I asked about an elevator. Was told there wasn't one.

Front desk lady was a hoot. We were there for a hunting trip so didn't spend much time there. Place was nice and clean right on the edge of town.

No elevator, but only 2 floors

Charged me 20.00 for my 5# dog that stayed in her pet carrier the whole time. Did not know ahead of time I would be charged. He said well you signed the paper. So who ever reads the paper. Should have said a charge on internet. Told at Check in.

Room had bad smell. Breakfast was mostly all gone at 8 o'c. She was working on getting more but we left. Pillows and bed were not the best.

No elevator, so carrying luggage up and down stairs is somewhat difficult.

Staff was very rude & condescending. We interrupted her smoke break to check in & it was downhill from there. She even left in the middle of it and finished her cigarette. We didn't even stay!

Cleanliness

Breakfast was very disappointing. Waffle mix was not mixed well and was not of the flavor quality of some malted batters. "Sausage" was some type of pressed meat product that I took one bite of. Will try different motel next time.

When we returned at the end of the day the comforter was thrown over the bed and trash was emptied so we knew housekeeping had been there, but the empty toilet paper holder was not refilled, no clean towels were left and nothing was straightened or cleane

Hotel employee staffing the breakfast room where she was friendly, kept the smaller breakfast room stocked completely even going so far as to stock it at 9:25am and 9:30am even with the breakfast room closing at 9:30am. Hotel employee was great. Free parking and internet.

The TV does not have a channel listing in the room and the TV remote button the channel down button did not work.

Staff was courteous.

Breakfast was served cold (Eggs etc). Hardly any seating available in the breakfast room. Parking seemed to be extremely scarce.

I had very bad experience during my stay. Housekeeper trough my lunch and personal items in to the garbage. Manager was rude and didn't even say sorry in the beginning of our conversation. Only next morning when he understood what happens he was sorry.

The bed was very comfortable with fresh sheets and bedding. The free breakfast was very good - eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, cereal, pastries, juice and coffee.

The pillows need to be updated, they were small and lumpy. We usually bring our own but forgot them this trip, but the bed was so comfy, once we fell asleep, the pillow didn't matter.
