A few of the staff were exceptional, whereas most were challenged to be courteous.

Our room keys were deactivated an hour before checkout, making luggage trips to the car challenging. The desk clerk acted as though deactivating our room keys between 10 am and 11 am, before we even officially checked out, was practical and normal.

The bed was comfortable. The hotel was totally booked but you would have never known it by the quietness.

Breakfast was average

It was very clean and in general, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

My room was either hot or cold the entire time. I put the heat on 66 degrees and it would heat the room way past 66 and keep going until it felt about 80. I then would put the unit on "cool" and put in 66 as the temp and it would cool to feel about 60

The quality of the hotel was not what I expected. The room was not very nice. Holes in walls. Trash in corner of room

The heated pool and the breakfast options plus they let me check out late so my kiddos could play in the pool longer.

Good, hot breakfast is kept well-stocked. Convenient location. Beds and sheets were comfortable.

Room 311 had bad moisture problems, a patched area on the ceiling,a roach in the bathroom,a closet door off it's track, a 4" hole in the window screen, stained carpet, low water pressure in the shower, the blow dryer didn't work, and hbug bites afterward.

Location, two queen size beds, elevator service was quick.

Pool was freezing and hot tub not working! I know the food is just basic items but they weren¿t very tasty!

Friendly staff, and the room was clean. The best AC out of all of the places we stayed. 0 mold and dust!!!

I will not stay here again. The room was disgusting. The price that was paid for the room a person would expect that there would not be disgusting stains on the carpet, grime on the walls, the comforter looked like it had not been washed in weeks. W

The room looked clean, but it smelled like a wet dog. Breakfast was gross. The biscuit and gravy were cold.

The staff was exceptional in their interactions, especially under the circumstances of the purpose of our stay being my brother's funeral.

Very clean, staff very nice and helpful. Manager/Owner? was very friendly at breakfast and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Pillows and bed were very comfy. Loved the multi grain pancakes at breakfast also.

Our room was missing the coffee pot :-( but was able to get done at breakfast so not really any inconvenience

Rude evening staff, salty pool water, 3rd floor smelled like smoke, 2nd floor smelled like weed. Overall crappy stay. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

The breakfast was amazing!! Loved the spa tub too!
