Friendly staff and great experience. Compared to others, it makes them all seem overpriced. Parking lot is well lit at night.

Location was great. Check in was bit confusing because they changed ownee ship and raised prices. Canceled out friends reservations.

Piles of towels laying in hallway. Continental breakfast lame, no coffee offered.

I liked the softness of the bed & the pillows were great staff was pleasant.

There was coffee grounds left in the coffee pot , the microwave didn't work. Nor did the shower

There was more for breakfast than I anticipated.

Pool and pool area was pretty gross and dirty, enough for me to not get in. Moldy “cinnamon” sticks in the air conditioning unit.

Mostly clean and comfortable

There were a bunch of dead crickets in my room. Like they sprayed (thank you!), but they didn't go back and sweep after.

The room m was nice and clean and the beds are comfortable nice size tv and refrigerator

Bugs all over bed and pillows. Some on bathroom floor. Fortunately I saw them jump and learned online that bed bugs can't jump so I went on to bed. Fleas are not as easy to kill by smashing as these were. According to my online research they are most likely springtails which don't bite humans or animals. I had difficulty sleeping knowing they were crawling all over me. I sure hope I didn't bring any home!

The new management was a lot better than our first stay was. When I explained my wife is disabled they changed us to a ground floor room right away.

The breakfast is meh. The view is just another motel, no matter which side you're on. Hot tub was out of service. Finding the ice machine is a journey unto itself.

Clean and comfy beds. Pet friendly. Staff is helpful. Pool is open.

Continental breakfast well stocked, with kiwis too! Bed sheets were fine. Room was clean and spacious. Manager very friendly and helpful.

Toilet needed new float kit.

Location was good with several other, more expensive, hotels nearby. Same amenities in the room as most modern hotels. Bed was very comfortable. TV had premium channels.

No elevator.

The price was great, after being discounted for them not having a room for us and waiting an hour for one to be cleaned so we could go in. Disappointed that they confirmed we were going to be there about 15 hours before and still gave the room away though..

The second night, there was no hot water at all in the shower, and it never came back.

Very clean room. Comfy beds and soft towels. Courtney was so helpful. Close to restaurants. Definitely stay again.

There was a storm and the window leaked.

Breakfast was OK. Juice machine and cereal dispenser were broken but there were fresh cartons of milk and yogurt in the refrigerator, and the packaged chocolate muffins were fresh and tasty. Towels and linens were soft and clean.

The reservation system cancelled my reservation for May 5, created one for May 4, and then charged me for not being there. Fortunately the manager gave me an accessible room that was apparently in reserve, because all else was sold out. Now to get my bill corrected! Also, the room floor was dirty, the water pressure erratic, and the smoke alarm dangling by a wire.

1st room, wasn’t clean still hair on the sink and bathtub no one swept the room. then the water started pouring from the ceiling into the bathtub. was switched rooms. that room was even worse. tv doesn’t work still no one swept, dusted or cleaned the sink or bathtub, heater didn’t even work.

They called me 3 hours before I was to arrive to say they no longer had a room for my family.

Absolutely nothing

Upon check-in. Lobby was dirty. Front desk counter person lacked professionalism. Checked into my room and it was not cleaned. Looked as if someone had just gotten out of the shower and the bed. Trash was still in the room. Immediately went to check out and requested a refund. Was given the run around and connected to whomever controls their system. Was told 24-48 hour refund. Was charged anyway. No refund issued OYO clearly stands for Oh YOur room isn't cleaned.
