Price , location

I booked a handicap accessible room and even called the hotel directly to confirm that the room was handicap accessible. When we arrived, we were told they didn't have any available.

I talked to female owner who said she would refund my c.c but next day her husband said he would not refund me because I could've stayed in another room. My girls didn't feel safe & were scared in the hotel. It was dimly lit & similar to a horror movie.

Continued... The man/owner was down-right rude & told me that it didn't matter what was said to me. Told me that all the toilet needed was a screw & I shouldn't have had a problem with anything. I still cannot believe this man is a small business owner

Price was fair

Although we hung do not disturb on door when left for day, when we came back found that the room had been entered excuse was the AC was running, we did not find that a good answer. They did acknowledge but not sure they fully understood complaint.

Nothing except they gave me a refund.

The room was infested with fleas!! They started crawling all over our legs as soon as we entered the room. Yuck! We high-tailed it out of there and I demanded a refund. The desk attendant tried to get me to try another room. No way!

Low price. The best one can say is "adequate". The furniture was old, and except for the broken recliner, was serviceable. The AC worked, there were adequate towels, two coffee packets, the room included a fridge, a microwave and a flat-screen TV.

Extremely run down. Cheapest possible workmanship (ugly pink paint carelessly done), gloomy room on lower level, window missing screen so one could not leave window open, several long black hairs on bed, desk clerk barely able to communicate in English.

This was the worst motel expierence I have aver had! The staff at the desk were very confused and couldn't find my reservation at first, then he said oh yes I have a room for you and said my sister inlaws name and not mine, then they didn't even have keys

Close to the venue I was in town for. Room size was adequate.

Staff not friendly at all. Very poor English language speaking skills. But this had nothing to do with the language barrier.

Double charged me AC broken keys would not work lights not working

It was easy to find. The man at the front desk seemed nice. The room had a microwave, fridge, and hairdryer.

The light fixtures were not secure. The rooms were small. I think I saw a coach roach on our third day there. The window to the outside did not seem secure.

Nothing!!!

This hotel was very unclean with smoke smell everywhere! Because of health concerns with the effects of the smoke,and with one in our family having asthma issues because of this, we asked to have our rooms cancelled. We were not allowed to cancel!

Front desk service

Not all that clean. Especially the carpets in the hallways

The place was “tired”. Lots of wear showing.

Meager, there was nothing left but a little debbi snack cake.

We caught one of the employees going into our room an hour after our arrival, when asked what he was doing, his explanation turned into word salad. Barring the language barrier he looked pretty guilty.

The price was good. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Was happy

A smiling staff member surprised me with a delivery of ice to my room on arrival (ice machine broken). Didn't even have to ask. That was wonderful.

The location.

The walls were aggressively pink. The cleanliness was questionable. Check in was super old school (paper forms). I booked due to location and breakfast being included, but the complimentary breakfast was literally just packaged honey buns and packaged muffins.

The location

It had a very strong smell it was in the hallway and in the room. The staff is hard to understand you have to fill out the paper with your information and than they enter it into the computer. We will never stay here again. The washer and dryer we're out of order and so was the ice machine.

Not much

9:30 at night 5 Hispanic people doing very loud construction. Hammering. Apparently they can't do the work during the day. Really no uniform no company vehicle. Want my money back and then some. Here's one. New management continental breakfast is hostess cupcakes. Should read new mis-management and on what continent is cupcakes breakfast. This place sucks. Bunch of east indians can barely run this place.

Location was good. Easy to access.

Breakfast was basically non exist - a couple of pre packaged mini muffins, cold cereal and toast. We found Neighbors Cafe not far away and had an excellent breakfast, but for the money paid to stay at the hotel ($93) I expected something more from them. It lists :beachfront property" - there is no beach in McPherson, KS.
