Best Western Plus McPherson

Pros +

• The manager lady is perfect.
• Location
• Friendly front desk staff. clean/kept room. good/normal expectation for breakfast.

Cons -

• Rooms weren?t cleaned Or welcoming
• staff was awful.Ignored guests waiting to check in, Dressed unprofessional (hoodies, bedroom slippers). Left the front desk unattended often. Breakfast area was not re-stocked so eggs, sausage, potatoes etc were gone. Juice dispenser empty, dirty counters
• It was dirty, dirty room and nasty bed skirts. Dirty carpet and hallways, hairs on bathrooms, dirty towels. Room fridge had moldy stuff. Breakfast open ¿till 10am, came down 8:50 nothing left we stayed there waiting until 9:30 they never refill food.
