Pool was cold

Clean, daily housekeeping, location, and hot breakfast

Would have been nice to have creamer for coffee.

Hotel employee was very Professional and had me Checked in to a very nice room and I spent maybe five minutes at the front desk..

There was a little pond with a trail around it that we were able to go for a little walk after we checked in (doggie) and before we took off in the morning.

Was at the end of the hall so the steel door slamming whenever was getting up at six in the morning was kind of annoying but other than that, everything was pretty good.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and had plenty of space, plugs, and light. I like to stay at Holiday Inn Expresses for their consistency and this location did not disappoint.

The hotel is clean and quiet. Easy to locate.

I did like the breakfast selections available. The staff could have been more helpful.

Clean, comfortable bed, great staff, pool was clean, location close to everything.

Wish the shower head was removable. Good for big folks and rinsing the shower after use.

Modern and updated. Comfortable beds and good breakfast selections.

Staff was not very attentive to breakfast area. The door had a large gap that allowed a lot of light in.

The beds were very comfortable.

We reserved three rooms and in one of the rooms none of the lights in the would come on. The room they replaced it with, the deadbolt did not work.

The overall cleanliness.

The toilet wall had built up, dried urine drips running down it. It's evident housekeeping doesn't pay attention to it. It was pretty gross.

Staff was very friendly.

Air-conditioner was very noisy. Buzzing noise all the time. No drain to take a bath & no washcloths.

Location, quiet are, minutes from Walmart, gas station, restaurants. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Perfect space for 1 adult and 3 kids.breakfast was good. Great options.

When we arrived on Saturday, the elevator was going to be down until Monday. Laundry room was also down for maintenance until further notice. Breakfast, I rush it operated until 10 at least. Running toilet.

Super clean! They cleaned our room in between our stay & the cleaning lady was super sweet & friendly. We ran out of towels & TP & all we did was ask the front desk & they gave us more. Super quiet & breakfast was good too!

Cleanliness

Everything was very clean and the breakfast in the morning hit the spot. Very warm staffing
