Great breakfast, clean rooms, bag breakfast as well.

The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable!

The girl who checked in my husband and I had a bit of an attitude. Maybe she was tired or just cranky, but she wasn?t pleasant to deal with at the front check in.

The location

Yes they were doing renovations and the staff put us on the floor right below where they were working and we were woken up very early. Also the pool was closed they need to put that in the website it was the one reason we went.

It was clean and the workers were very nice and great food.

Clean and well ordered room hallways, entrance and breakfast area. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast choices were hot fresh and homemade several coffee choices of high-quality coffee. Access to both the hotel and eateries was great.

It was very nice. We arrived around 6 pm and the person on duty was accommodating. It was like we were walking into her home.

Plenty of space for my family in the room. Beds were comfortable.

I felt that the pool area could have been cleaner. Some of tye pebbles from the flooring were loose and uncomfortable to walk on.

The front desk clerk was incredibly pleasant, even though it was very busy and you could tell she was hustling.

The mattress moved off the box spring every time you sat down on the bed.

When we checked in there was a lady ( heavy accent) who was not very friendly¿.not rude but no smiles or welcoming interaction¿.not the way to great guests. She was obviously training a younger guy who did fine and was friendly.

The woman at the front desk was welcoming and friendly, I loved chatting with her! She was nice enough to get me some paper plates and plastic forks so we could eat! The rooms were nice and clean. The pool was also clean and well maintained.

It was a bit noisy as far as noise coming in from the hallways/upstairs. The decor in the rooms could use an update. A larger, newer TV might be nice but that's not all that important to me. Cleanliness is far more important!

Check in was super easy. The lady that checked us in was extremely extremely friendly and helpful finding food late.

I loved my stay here! Very clean and front desk was awesome!The area was quiet and stores were easy to find as well.
