OYO Hotel Hutchinson West 4th Ave

A clean bed and a shower when it was up to par for my short over nights.

The needed some work shower curtain was ripped. Towels are not comfortable also not always replaced or given at times. Power receptacles not adequate, could be fire hazards. If they took care a little better for customers I would give higher ratings.

Dirtiness! Entire bedding needed to be washed. Toenail clippings on the floor everything needed wiped down and vacuumed and mopped

Everything. We checked in, walked in our room, then checked out. The door would not close properly. The room was dirty, furniture was old and damaged, the tub was black, the freezer was full of crusted over ice, it smelled horrible. We did not feel safe.

The gentleman was polite and didn¿t raise his voice. He was willing to resolve the disgusting room we were given at first

The rooms that are for smoking should be condemned, I kid you not. I was changed to a non smoking room which was really nice, I believe they use that room just for the pictures because there was all types of problems with the drain in the shower.

This is the nastiest place I've ever stayed I will never stay in this place again the sheets were nasty stained looked like they weren't washed in months it's not like urine from animals the floors were soaked with leuren the walls were just awful

The room was dirty. Hair in the tub, dead bugs on the floor. Asked for new room they said they would reclean it. When we came back to the room it was still dirty. Mold on the refrigerator seal. Trash under the bed. Very disappointed.

Affordable and clean

Reserved room over 2 months in advance, yet room I reserved was unavailable. I had requested a smoking room, and was upgraded to a queen non smoking. They only reason I had chosen this establishment over others was the availability of smoking rooms.

There¿s a reason this place is so cheap! No light fixture covering the light in the shower - Dangerous! Tape on front door, dead bugs behind bed & in bathroom, missing wall hangings, burnt out lights, broken chair, water damage on ceiling tile, etc.

You can walk to downtown Main Street. Bed was comfortable.

Very loud. Right on a busy street with traffic noise all night. Could not sleep in due to noise. Staying in Hutchinson for a week but moved to a different hotel after one night due to the noise.

Air didn't work refrigerator leaked onto carpet lots of weirdos outside staff was horrible

It had 2 King beds in a decent size room. There were stocked vending machines. Clerk was friendly,though slightly nosy. But with the Covic pandemic he did provide us with brand new room keys, straight out of the box.

Definitely decapitated. There were actual dead bugs on the floor of the room and we were only provided with 2 towels total. The door had to be forced shut.Coffee maker hadn't been touched in what seems like ages, by either a guest or room service member.

I got a 2 bed queen sized hotelwith smoking. No ashtrays. Barely saw housekeeping. Bed frame was broken....

Well, there was toilet paper.

The sheets and beding was NOT clean. There was a lot if debris that was in the bed it self. Not to mention whatever was all the inside of the door. Just wasn't very satisfied with the overall quality. Nor, did the room look like anything that was pictured

Warm room & warm breakfast. the staff was very friendly

nice place for a budget friendly traveler. Room was recently remodeled and they did a good job

Their was a serious lack of towels, but no biggie

Freezing even though the heat was on this is a 1 star room

I liked how nice they were

The lock did not work well the Wi-Fi didn't work the breakfast was terrible and was very noisy
