Cleanliness, efficient check in and check out, breakfast buffet was excellent!

The computer was down so I couldn't do some research. The ac in the hotel was trash. I was to hot.

The air conditioner cooled very well. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet on the third floor.

When we first entered,a strong chemical smell greeted us. However everything appeared clean. A small inconvenience was a lack of usb ports.

Swimming pool was not heated. Breakfast was not served until 9:30. No hot tub

Staff was very rude, the hotel room door was NOT locked when my daughter arrived at her room, which also had an adjoining door/room. Extremely suspicious and definitely NOT SAFE got my daughter who was staying alone!!The staff was so rude she just left

The floors were dirty and the room and hallways had a musty smell.

Rooms are not cleaned daily which led to full trash cans and towels needing replaced.

I loved best the staff at the front desk. I loved the hotel guest. Breakfast was great.

I didn't appreciate how loud the cleaning crew was after some people checked out and I was still there. They were slamming doors laughing and talking loud at 8:00am in the morning. RUDE!!!

Room was spacious, bathroom had ample counter space.

Street access to the hotel was difficult

The hotel lacked a lot. It smelled very musty, moldy like mildew. I couldn't even breathe in the first room that I was assigned to. The second room was almost just as bad. All hotels were booked in town so I was stuck. Had ro huy an air purifier to stay.

It was gross. Carpet was sticky, the caulking around tub was cracked, full of mold. Never stay there again.

Spacious rooms and plenty of amenities. Hotel employee was extremely helpful during the reservation and check in process. We will definitely stay here again.

Sticky floors - the staff was awesome & moved is to another room. Same problem. TV remote control did not work. Zero bed bug protector wraps on the mattress - that was scary

The room was extremely clean and the hotel was very nice for the cost of the room. The super friendly front desk staff had everything ready already when I walked in the door. Bed was nicer than the Hilton I stayed in earlier in the week. Will stay again
