Rooms are clean and everything in them is nice.

It's weird driving into the parking lot, easy to miss the turn.

Price was decent for what we got. Location was exactly where we needed to be. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

No. One of the roads out front into the side of the hotel had really bad potholes as we were approaching but the hotel was great.

The motel was worth staying at!!! the shower door in room 306 did not stay shut and so we used a towel and put by the wheels so door wouldnt roll back....but over all it was a great stay and got away from Dodge City! haha

It was in a good location

they did not have a hot breakfast like the website said or the sign outside the hotel. There pool was closed also. I could of stayed somewhere else half the price.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was superb.

Carpet in room had sticky spots. Bathroom did not appear freshly cleaned.

The room was nice. The hot tub worked fine. The location was pretty good. There was a good selection of breakfast items and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The tv remote did not work. The heater although set at 65' was still too warm even in February - we had to turn on the ac to get comfortable! The bed was not as comfortable as we hoped and the pillows were terrible! Too soft!!

Great location for us next to a steakhouse, very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Hotel was close to our event venue, very clean and beds were comfy.

our trip was ruined as soon as we reached the front desk, the lady was very rude and tried to get me to pay again, when I told her I had paid and I pulled my account up on my phone and showed her, she still questioned me and insisted I give her my cc.

Check-in was extremely quick. This Hampton Inn was clean, in a good location, and a good value. All of my expectations were met. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Cleanliness of room.

Location near train tracks. Heard trail whistles every hour during night. Not a good night's sleep. Most of warm breakfast items were cold. Microwave was available to heat it up. Coffee was very good. Free parking.

The lady working the Saturday night shift wasn't very nice to several people in our group. Everyone else was beyond nice and made up for it.

The breakfast was great as were the cleaning staff...they were friendly ne very helpful.

There was a staff member (elderly with her arm in a sling) that was very rude to us and to 3 other guests sho were in the pool. She said the pool was closed 9:20 and said it was close enough. Rude rude rude and then followed us around until we left.

All I had to do was give the attendant my last name. He had the room key ready, and I didn't have to sign anything, give them my card, or anything like that.

The room smelled musty. My wife thought it smelled smoky, even though it was a non-smoking room. I thought it was just stale. The AC in the room worked well, but made a very loud whiny noise every few minutes.

Breakfast offering always a bonus and young lady who oversees does a nice job.

Would've like to have had room checked for supplies and had bed made in between nights stayed.

LOVED the breakfast. Belgium waffles, biscuits & sausage gravy, sausage links, cereals, pastries, fresh fruit. Wow!!! The beds & pillows were incredible. Pillows came in a variety of thicknesses. It was possible to find the one that was like home.

The stopper in the sink was defective and would always stay down.
