No water, unable to flush toilet all night or morning. No shower, unable to brush teeth or shave and when I checked in I was told it would be on in an hour! I want a full refund!!! I will dispute with my credit card company if necessary.

It was clean and bed comfortable

The front desk staff were not very friendly.

The desk clerk, who was very grumpy, said I had not prepaid for my room. I told her I had and she said no, I had not. So, I paid again, went to my room and found my receipt in my email on my phone. Showed that to clerk and she did not apologize.

Clean, reasonable price.

It was close to the location is needed to go.

The smell of indian food in the lobby, in the towels, and bed sheets was disturbing.

Room didn¿t have any soap or shampoo I had to go down and ask for it.

It was not clean it was not stocked well ran out of toilet paper in the night and there was not extra in the room.

Mold in both showers bathroom door wouldn't shut outside light fixture were hanging by the wiring windows wouldn't lock definitely not the rooms on web site owners didn't care..

the room was reasonably clean and the floors were very nice

The AC unit did not work. The key reader did not work on the back door, and the water did not get hot in the shower.

Very clean and it¿s nice that there was a microwave, a fridge and coffee maker in all the rooms People are so nice and the price is awesome

No for the price it¿s the nicest and cleanest hotel I¿ve ever been at and the owners are so nice and friendly

Only thing good about it was the location and the pressure of the shower.

We walked in the room and it smelled so bad we had to go by lysol to freshen it. Left to go eat came back and smelled more. Woke up a couple times during the night and sprayed again. Stepped on my wer towel and it was dirty from the nasty floor,neveragain

The owners were very accommodating. The ice machine wasn't working so they gave us ice from their own fridge.

Not really. It was mostly what it advertised being.

Food was left in the room. There was little water pressure to take a shower. The staff had very little to say when I left.

The smell of dog urine was so overwhelming I checked out 23 hours later! The bed was not made.

We had no issues with bringing our two service animals. The lady at the front desk was so sweet.

It was quiet for the most part. Didn't hear kids running or screaming.

Hotel being remodeled. No breakfast. Our room tried to look nice but floorboards had all come unglued/laying on floor, and cracked/falling plaster on bathroom ceiling. I had to clean out the coffee machine.

Price and location

Hallway covered in mud clumps. Room not very clean. Glad there was 2 beds. One had body substances on the blanket and hand prints on headboard.

They addressed problems quickly

The heater was not working and the bed linens looked soiled. Had cigarette burns in them. There was a dirty comb left in the chair. After switching rooms it was better. Bare minimum for breakfast did not look fresh. Will probably try another option next
