- I would request housekeeping a few times and they never cleaned the room. I requested extra pillows once to be delivered and the pillows never came. If housekeeping was a little more tight this would?ve been a 9 star experience
- Food is not good -- 2nd time we have eaten in the restaurant in hotel --not a good experience. Room did not have a black out shade. spent entire night with a room lit up with the parking lot and hotel entrance lights.

Love how clean it was, breakfast til 10a, bar, room was well designed and just everything we needed for our last day of travel.

The bar closes at 10pm, that was a bummer so we didn¿t try it. But it looked nice!

The electrical outlet in the bathroom was upside down.
I think a $50 pet fee is a bit extreme. Especially after leaving a 2 night stay at Westin that was 10¿s for absolutely everything, the dogs were relaxed and never barked at anything and there was no fee for the dogs at all.

A garbage truck that was retrieving garbage from the hotel just below our room woke me up at 5am and I was not able to return to sleep. When I mentioned it to the staff person they communicated no apology and made no accommodation.
