Quality Inn Hays I-70

The clerk that checked is in wS friendly professional and helped us with restaurant recommendation.

A dead roach in the tub, no Kleenex, box was empty. Absolutely no clerk was available early in morning. By 8:00am, there were no bowls or plates and the food was mostly all gone. NO MILK, NO YOGART, NO bread, only 3 apples.

It a nice hotel and quiet. Break was okey, not enough for everybody who was check in.

The location was alright.

Messy outside and inside. Mold growing in the bathtub.

It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be judging from the parking lot and appearance of the motel itself. The bed and bathroom were clean.

Not far off the interstate, good location.

Check in was long, my room number was announced out loud (single female traveling with children).…so that made me very uncomfortable. The room, there were marks all over the walls (scrapes, scuffs, etc), fire alarm had been removed. Would not recommend.

Room was ok

Breakfast was awful. Waffle maker was broke. The biscuits were hard as a rock. When brought to managers attention. He said they needed warmed up. No sir they were old and stale.

CLERK WAS VERY ACCOMIDATING-GAVE US A ROOM BY THE BACK DOOR AS MY SISTER IS NOT PHYSICALLY ABLE TO WALK VERY FAR.

BATHROOM TUB WAS FILTHY. SHOWERHEAD WAS MOLDY AND THE TUB WAS JUST PLAIN DIRTY/GRUNGY!

Conveniently off of the highway

Old carpet, pillows had mascara stains and the toilet + bathtub was not cleaned.

EVERYTHING!! Room was dirty, hair everywhere and food crumbs everywhere. Pool was cold and filthy dirty and not filled properly. We left after being there 20 minutes!!

This was not a hotel for starters. It was a motel. I?m not certain that the sheets where clean and the room smelled to high heaven.

Rating is completely off on this.

The bed seemed to be clean and were somewhat comfortable. The A/C worked well.

This hotel needs cleaned and updated! The sink has white corrosion all over it, stains on the carpet and chair seats. Bad smell in the room and in the hallways. Storage room doors were opened, and crap piled up high everywhere! Disgusting.

The bed was comfortable and the location was convenient.

It was not very clean. The floor looked like it hadn?t been vacuumed, there were gnats flying around, and the shower curtain had mold on it.

The hotel looks a little shady at first glance, upon arrival the clerks were very very nice and accommodating the lobby is super clean our room was perfect. The parking is slim in the back but there is more parking in the front. Very pleased with our stay

The outside didn't really have a good appearance.. parking wasn't the best there was only one way in and out.

The location is fine. Near interstate, fuel, food, etc.

Needed to be vacuumed. Table was sticky. Breakfast was a bit sub-par. Furniture and bathroom are kind of beat up.

They said I smoked in my room and charged me $100, I¿ve never smoked in my life. The hotel was dark and dank, and the staff is slow and rude.

Place was run down, dirty, and smelly. I started itching just from checking in. There were lots of dogs barking. When we drove around the back to park, it was obvious the first floor was not habitable for guests- could see destroyed rooms. We didnt stay.

I didn't get to stay at the hotel because your customer service person screwed up the reservation. I was unable to get a room anywhere in Hays, Russell, Salina or anywhere else in Kansas because there were no vacancies. I had to sleep in my car.

Quiet. Nice Location. Very Clean.

Parking.

The bed was very soft and slumped in the middle. The breakfast was very minimal. The motel did not seem very clean.
