Best Western Plus Butterfield Inn

The room we were given smelled bad. We asked for another big room with a king bed and with no smell, specifically a room where pets had not stayed. We were given a room with two queen beds. Not acceptable. They refused to refund any of our money.

The walls were thin. Heard people stomping upstairs all night long.

Great breakfast. Clean, spacious room.

It was very noisy (refrigerator, hotel sounds), ice maker didn't work, breakfast was cold, door didn't seal correctly

Room door had a gap so you could still hear the lobby at all times. This kept us up and left a sour taste in our expeirence

Pool and hot tub were terrible. Smelled awful.

The location was convenient and the breakfast was good.

The swimming pool was freezing and the hot tub was lukewarm. The bubbles did not work either. The water was murky and had a faint smell. At breakfast in the morning, the staff was yelling back and forth at one another which was not pleasant either.

Location was easy to find

First room they gave us the door was open and looked like it was dirty with sheets on the floor. Second room was clean but the smell out of the heater was not good.

Pet friendly, heated pool and amazing staff.

Water in the shower didn't get hot so had to take a warm shower ? (but better than cold).

The room was large and well insulated. It had a nice hot tub and pool. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It was very clean and no odors,. The bed was comfortable. Everything worked.

Fire in laundry room, which caused temporary evacuation. I know this is unavoidable, but staff should have been walking around parking lot and communicating instead of just leaving us to guess. Then, I would have no complaints.

Our room was dirty, the floor STICKY each time we stayed (2 different nights) and the staff was inattentive to the problem I told them about with the pool.

the location was easy to get in and out staff was excellaont breakfast was really good a good varity.

the reason we picked this hotel was because they had a hot tub and a swimming pool both indoors but when we got there the hot tub wasn't workng they were waiting for parts also the frig wasnt working in our room.

Clean, updated and roomy!

There should be a no parking sign under the trees. The next morning my car was full of bird poop. Couldn¿t even see out of passenger side windows. It was sooo bad!!!! Had to find a car wash ASAP as we had to go to a funeral service in Stockton.

Convenient location.

Yes, the hotel was not cleaned properly. There were crumbs in microwave, couches, debris on the carpet outside of the room near the door. The toilet was malfunctioning. The room smelled like someone poured a gallon of bleach on the floor.

Easy access, friendly staff, great breakfast, room was spacious and CLEAN. great value for the money.

Stayed in room 215 - elevator/ice machine/vending right outside our door, got a little noisy at times.
