It was clean.

Overall, I'd stay again. The room was clean and that's the biggest priority. The way the hotel is advertised is deceiving because the water park costs extra to go to. The breakfast needs more healthy options, yogurt, fruit, or lighter choices.

Breakfast was awful. On day 2 they were out of everything! No hot food No syrup for waffles. No juice. No yogurt. Didn’t even have plates.

Clean, location

Pool was advertised only option was 2 lanes in the small pool at the genesis fitness center. Swimming lessons were priority. Pool water was market. Woman giving lessons was rude and said it was because she had just cleaned the sand filter.

Very new and clean with excellent customer service, excellent breakfast, and very comfortable beds! The water park was so much fun! Highly recommend! We will be back!

The room was not clean. I did not like that the floor had not been vacuumed or had the shower been cleaned.

Pool situation was weird and unclear. There was a pool for the hotel but it's also used by other groups and it took some investigation to figure out where we could go without paying extra for the water park that is also there.

Friendly staff was able to check in early so we could enjoy the water park!

Grandkids loved the water park. However, i felt it was a little ridiculous to charge the adults in street clothes the same price just to go into the psrk to watch the kids.

Convenient location. Easy to get to.

First of all, they put us in a room that did not have a curtain and only had the shade that you can see through. Had I known that before going out for the evening, I would have asked for a different room. And they knew it because when I said something about it the next morning, the lady laughed and said oh yeah, it's on order. I didn't think it was funny. Second of all, the night before, I was in the room changing, somebody knocked on the door, and within 2 seconds one of the employees opened the door and let themselves in to my room. He almost caught me changing. He knocked but only waited about 2 seconds before he let himself in. I was not happy about this. Then he asked if I needed one of my towel racks changed and he very obviously had the wrong room. Third, I have stayed there three or four times and the TVs suck. The picture jumps and freezes and they're just terrible.

Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

We checked in on Friday and were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and accessibility of the property. The employee that checked us in was a true unicorn. She was so friendly and happy. She was handling another problem guest with patience and a smile. Bravo to her!We specifically stayed here because it was so close to Tanganyika Wildlufe Park and we were so haooy we did. Rooms were very clean and all the staff was so helpful. Couldn't give this hotel enough stars.

family received a discount ticket from the hotel and still was charged regular price at the blast off water park , water park is small and crammed water park rate 4/10 , some staff didnt seem happy too even help . worst part called front desk too inform noisy neighbor guests and they did not care
