Nice large room great water pressure

Laundry facility does not work and they can?t refund you the money

Visible mold. Carpet damage. Uncomfortable bed. Breakfast was gone by 8:00 AM

The location is the best part about it for sure! Efrain the maintenance man is also a big plus for this place. We became quite acquainted with him throughout our stay. The second room they gave us only had 2 issues, not 4 so that?s a plus!

The first room they put us in was the one we booked - the handicap king suite and here were the issues we had with it: Musty smell The door to the room would not latch unless you were inside and used the lock manually Jacuzzi tub did not work No microwave

Clean

Desk clerk did not have quarters for the laundry or detergent. Had to go to Applebees next door and buy a beer and ask for my change in quarters. Bought some laundry pods at walmart, and left the leftovers in the laundry room for the next poor sap.

The room was basically clean.

The outside of the hotel was nasty. Broken window panes and glass in the lot.

Tv was malfunctioning, there was a hole in a towel, and stains on chair.

We have stayed here before and had no issues. This time (to no fault of their own) they had storm damage, and our room smelled musty. However the beds were comfortable, and they do offer breakfast.

The hotel was very clean. Our room was excellent. Took the long hot showers. Nice and quiet all night. Breakfast was excellent. Hot biscuits and gravy, cereals, waffle machine, fresh yogurt, and bagels/danish

Everything was great

I didn¿t get the room I booked. We booked the suite. They said it was already taken.

The lobby is nice and the room was comfortable with a mini fridge and microwave, even had a nice full length mirror on the back of the bathroom door! Not enough room to say the negative things I need to say so I'll start here! 7 in the morning, the parki

Lot lights were not on, manager said they were on a timer and hadn't been changed since daylight savings a week before! The night shift girl was talking smack about it so I asked what her problem was! She said back up before I knock you out! Mom is 81 wil

The cleanliness of the rooms was good.

We needed a pool and hot tube and got there and both were out of order and the staff said they werent going to be fixed anytime soon. Very upset since that was a main reason for choosing this location. The breakfast was barely there it wasnt good at all

Toilet ran ALL THE TIME no matter what you did !!! Little refrigerator ran all the time loud sounded like a muffler!! Dogs were barking all over little ones and large !! Freezing cold hallways hot rooms !! And the person next to our room coughed !

They room was quiet. The Lobby was nice.

This hotel felt as it was about to close. Carpet in room was sticky, no pop in pop machine, pool was closed. Shower in bathroom Walmart did not work. Breakfast was almost non existent.

Location

The pool was closed. Should have that on the site before booking.Hair in the blow dryer. Lights not working - staff couldn¿t find light bulb - they had been unplugged.

The location was perfect for me.

My room and another family member also had a separate room, both smelled very stale and musty.

room smells like mildew, old and dirty, breakfast was a joke, poorly managed hotel. just pay more for something else. wyndham does not care about guests

The price

I didn't like how you cannot access the hotel from any door but the front, very inconvenient. The carpets are looking a little rough and are coming up or are town in places.

One bed had zero bedding on it, nontoulet paper, other bed was dirty, only one blanket, the chair in the room looked like it was from goodwill.

The staff are friendly and accommodating

This hotel is full of bugs and roaches, I checked in on Friday and I checked out a Sunday morning because the roaches were everywhere.
