I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The room was definitely dated, but it was clean with no odors, and quite comfortable.

Clean, cheap and grest service. Owner very congenial. Location on the edge of the busy area making it quieter but within 5 minutes of everything.

Not overly clean and water didn't didn't get much more than Luke warm. About what we expected for that price, can't complain too much.

It included a fridge and microwave.

The water only trickled out of the tap. There were a lot of dead bugs on the windowsill in the morning that weren't there when we checked in. The interior needs to be updated and the price needs to be lowered.

Nice clean well lit parking lot.

TV remote hard to use. could not scroll through the channels. also the guide did not work. I had to enter channels manually for example press three then press enter, or four enter or five enter. that was annoying

We had trouble with Google Maps on our trip, and we had a hard time finding it. However, once we found the motel, we realized it was on the main route through the town. It really surprised us at the size and cleanliness of the room. Thank you.

The room was ok for the price.

It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it wasn't. It wreaked of smoke when we entered the room. We should've went and complained but didn't. We lit a candle and it got better but the next day when we came back to the room they had cleaned it again and it smelled like smoke again. This leads me to believe that the cleaning people were smoking in the room. Even when we got back home our luggage and cpap machines wreaked of smoke. If you're not going to keep your rooms smoke free then don't advertise that they are.

Price was a value and the correct miles we needed for route.

Smell of the cattle yard across the way...had stayed before on the opposite side and didn't have the odor.

I like the fact I can park within 5' from my door and the parking lot is well lit.

Only one problem. there was a sticky spot on the bathroom floor. I think it was soap. If it was soap it is no big deal. otherwise the room was really clean.

I liked how close it was to stores. Also it was super quiet and respectful! They treated me with the upmost respect didn't even ask for a Credit card to put on file! Shows they trust their guest

The bed was a bit sifter than what I was used to but that's not their fault

we love Garden City National 9 Inn, the staff is always friendly, we meet family there twice every years I think this was 7 year. I do have a suggestion, it would be awesome to have a couple of chairs at the table instead of the computer chair,we order food and if we could sit at the table that would be so nice

I'm thinking you guys might have change what you clean carpet with as my shoes were like sticking to carpet, I said something to my daughter and she said hers were also
