Pros +

• Room was clean.
• The room was clean and large, the bed was very comfortable.
• there were no bugs or spiders or spider webs in the room. there were plenty of tv channels. the heat worked well. the desk and chair were great for computer work.

Cons -

• Poorly stocked. No tissues, front desk did not understand what we were asking about. No water cups in room, or available anywhere. Only partial roll of toilet paper with no backup. Entrance to room looked more like an alley. Would not stay here again.
• The plumbing in the bathroom needed updating. the toilet kept running after flushing. The shower curtain was cloth which got wet and water ended up on the floor. No ice bucket, cups or coffee service in the room. Bath towels were small & thin.
• the cover of the bathroom light fell half-way off. I only had to push it back in place, after screwing the bulb back in. hard to get the water in the sink to stop running. there were no cups. only 1 teeny tiny bar of soap.
