The breakfast was better than most of the holiday inns we’ve stayed at.

All in all… This is the last Holiday Inn we stay at on our trips. Everything is just out-dated and the bathrooms are always disgusting feeling.

Although clean, rooms are pretty worn and need updating. I would recommend as there are no other good choices in the town.

I have stayed here for 6 years and up until this visit was pleased.

Lying staff and scams. Said I had a dog and charged me, they had a "photo," but wouldn't let me see the time stamp. I DID NOT HAVE A DOG, MY GRANDSON IS ALLERGIC AND WAS ON THE TRIP!

Air conditioning was not working correctly and the breakfast was not typical to a Holiday Inn Express

Staff was great. Breakfast was good!

The beds were hard and very uncomfortable! We booked two nights left after one cause the room was terrible. The bathroom was falling apart and the shower was disgusting! I usually don't leave bad reviews but the room was terrible!

Definitely needs an update - bathroom tile pretty nasty, bathtub stained and porcelain chipped, mattress dated & squeaky.

All of the staff from front desk to housekeepers were very pleasant. The breakfast was better than most motel breakfasts.

The elevator was not working & we were on the 2nd floor with an elderly person who could not easily do stairs. The ice machine on our floor was out of order & our bathtub did not drain well so we were standing in water while we showered.

The hotel was dirty, had no working elevator making it very difficult to get to my room with suitcases and my age. The breakfast foods were not replenished so selections were very limited. Not a typical Holiday Inn Express. Definitely not a 5 star!

Only one in El Dorado that had any rooms? Clean. Nice breakfast.

Pool was closed. Paint and dirt on the floors of the hote.

Best breakfast ever! The breakfast Mgr was terrific. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

The front desk clerk kept my license and didn¿t realize it until I was out of state. It was very noisy all night with what sounded like people partying.

Not even worth mentioning, but tub drained slowly. Also, breakfast wasn¿t available until 6:30 a.m., which is too late for many working people.

Yes. Had problem with key to door 3x. Advertised pool and hot tub. Inoperable. Should not advertise that there is one if not operable. Seems very poor management. Not professional employees at front desk. One of them with no teeth.

Check in is at 3:00 pm the hotel was kind enough to allow us to check in early with-out notice. Rooms were spacious.

Hotel was very clean and updated. The spacious room had everything we needed and more! Bathroom products were upscale. Hot breakfast was served to us in a to-go container to maintain sanitary practices. Perfect work space. We highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly amd tried their best to make accommodations for the bayhroom being dirty.

The bathroom in my room was not clean. Bathtub would not drain properly so you are in standing water when showering. Other people dirty fingerprints and hair all over bathroom. Was told they could not get it clean. Changed rooms. 2nd room only 50% better
