Nice size room. Comfortable bed. Great tv.

We booked 2 rooms, but 1room had not been cleaned, so we had to drive the other couple to find them a room at another motel. The front desk person, Rebecca, was very helpful to get the room cancelled right away.

The worn down rooms. Had to them twice air conditioning not working in room before finally moved to another room. Many think things broken in room. Spider crawling up wall. Drawer not stay in. Shower water came out so hard it hurt. Water everywhere

Breakfast

Holiday Inn needs to take its name off of this location as it is apparent they have stopped investing in upkeep or maintenance. Every single wall and door jam in the building is scraped by carts and missing paint. Elevator and pool both not operational

The staff was attentive. They upgraded our room because of renovation and availability of rooms

The hotel was under some renovation. Carpet was being installed and the hallways and rooms were not complete. Baseboards and door strips were not installed in most places.

The breakfast each morning was very good. The hotel recently changed cable service and ESPN was blocked, so we could not watch baseball playoffs. However the staff showed us how to hook up the Roku we brought, and saved the day.

The bed linen on our bed was dirty. I told the staff and it was fixed immediately. The bathroom needed updating as well.

Ask the front desk to fix the toilet handle . I cut my finger Front desk just said sorry.

I don't think is very good cleaning.

The body soap has water and for that reason I checked the shampoo and was the same, I was feeling everything there is not true customer care.

The breakfast was awesome each day the changed up the menu daily. The lady was very nice and professional.

One reason we chose this hotel was to use the indoor pool. When we arrived it was out of order. Staff gave dumb excuses why it was closed. They said the maintenance man took the key home. Then they told us he went on vacation.

Coffee maker in lobby was broken, had two Keurig that took three minutes per cup. People always in line. Staff said they have been waiting two weeks for parts. Would also like microwave and fridge in room.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating to work with. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The parking lot was well lighted and safe.

They were a little short on food for the breakfest selections. They did prepare more, but couldn't wait, had to get on the road. What they did have out was very good.

Location.

No ice machine or vending on our floor. They had a sign up that they were remodeling. But it was the worst holiday inn express I have ever stayed in. Very disappointed.

Breakfast

Our room smelled REALLY bad like someone had a dog in there for a month or longer. We had no blinds in our window. I noticed there was trash under the air conditioner (wadded up napkin, blue peanut M&M, etc) which told me the room wasn't even vacuumed.

Location was convenient and staff has been very friendly. Hotel and room was clean. This was our second stay here to visit friends.

Room was satisfactory clean. Employees were nice. Breakfast area was clean and had a nice breakfast variety.

We booked a room with 2 queen size beds, but were given one bed and a couch!

There was absolutely NOTHING to like!

Very run down! Breakfast was a joke! Pancake machine broke, refrigerator that holds cold options broke, juice machine broke. They didn¿t even have. Their signature cinnamon rolls. It was ridiculous! The pool was freezing and had way too much chemicals.

The price and accommodations in the room

The bed. At first seemed very comfortable but if sharing, every time the other person moved the mattress moved. Felt like I was on an amusement ride.
