- The breakfast was good and hotel was clean.

Cons -
- The TV did not work the whole time (2 days) we were there. We told the front desk about it on the first day & he said they have had internet issues. We told some at the front desk the next morning & they said they have had TVs in certain rooms not work.
- The "breakfast" was disgusting, borderline inedible. Our toilet was clogged up on arrival.
- Staff had trouble creating card keys. It took three visits to the front desk to get two working keys to the room. Also, staff not mentally ready to help us with our concerns. They did not seem customer focused.

The breakfast was good and hotel was clean.

Helpful staff, cleanliness of entire facility, walk in shower, very comfortable beds and pillows.
