Tht breakfast was included in the price to stay . And there was no deposit

That I wasn?t told before had that the pool is closed til August cuz tht was only reason I picked it

Very clean and well maintained. This is at an exit off the interstate that only has a few businesses so it is less hectic and very peaceful.

Not a lot on the breakfast buffet, but still plenty of choices for my taste.

From the front desk to the people who made the food were very nice people. The hotel was very clean and friendly.

The pool was freezing. Apparently the heater was broken. Breakfast ended at 9 a.m. instead of 10 or later. Nobody was ever at the front desk when you needed something.

It was very clean and the staff was friendly and professional.

The pool temp was way too cold, we booked this Hotel because it had a pool and looked inviting, It was not comfortable and really disappointing to my 3 year old who loves to swim. I would say it was not at a healthy temperature at all.

The resteraunt across they way was very nice. There were gasstations right there if you had snack. The breakfast was good.

We had our tournaments canceled and couldn't get our money back for the second night.

They advertise heated pool not open. They advertise breakfast no breakfast. Location is terrible 1 restaurant McDonald's. I never want to stay there again period!!!

Proximity to our event

Dirty. Outdated. Mini fridge in room was rusty. Room overall was no clean. When we returned fro our event at 2 am there was an individual sleeping on the lobby couch...still there when we left at 9am.

The front desk person was nice and accommodating to our requests.

Our first room was a single bed but the front clerk got us another room.

Price was good, staff was nice, liked breakfast, eggs and sausage with pancakes, rolls, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs,

There's no way this is a 3 star hotel. It had been recently redone so I didn't feel like it was disgusting. The doors were made from the fake looking cheap wood and the fan in our bathroom sounded like a dying helicopter. Funky smell in bathroom as well.

Heated pool was ice cold No hot tub even though it stated there was Breakfast was not good.

Good clean rooms. Fair price.

Hotels in this star category should have on-site dining, exercise facility, etc. Lacking many of these type of higher-star category properties.

Decent price, well-maintained property and clean rooms. Good internet.

The price was the only good thing about this hotel

There is nothing around the hotel for entertainment, shopping or food. Not a great place to spend an entire week. We also found mouse feces on the nightstand in one of our rooms

GPS to hotel location, from web site took me in opposite direction. Took me over an hour to find the hotel. When I was less than 10 min away. It was late night, snowy and in a very rural area. It took 3 calls to the hotel to find my way there.

Have stayed here multiple times always clean and the facility has ample parking close to the interstate

All I can say was the sheets were clean.

Upon entering the room a car air freshener was hanged my on the door. The boys went to swim, and as we walked to the pool several dead cockroaches layer dead on the floor. The pool area smelled bad and dead bugs floated around. It was indoor.

First room was so musty we got a headache from the very strong odor --moved us to another room --still smelled but better
