- Great staff!
- The desk with light bar in front of it was very useful for online meeting. Also, provided shampoo and conditioner and body wash!!
- Ease of checking in and out.
Cons -
- No hot water in our room. Room number 239. We didn?t discover it until early the next morning we when went to take showers before departure. Nothing could be done because maintenance wasn?t on duty yet. A new room was offered but we were ready to leave.
- No door on the shower
- Most of their staff members were polite and friendly, however, one young lady was VERY passive aggressive it was disturbing to communicate with her; all I received was an attitude from asking a simple question.
