- The employee on duty went above and beyond for us.
- I literally cannot say enough wonderful things about Hotel employee at the front desk. She is amazing amazing AMAZING! She truly went out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. I?m so grateful for her kindness and willingness to help. Thank you, Hotel employee !
Cons -
- My room was switched to double queen instead of king bed. Didn?t let us know until after we checked in and paid incidentals.
- The room was supposed to have room for 3 people, but there wasn?t any kind only a king bed in each room. We had 8 people in three rooms. The employee on duty got us roll away beds for the kids. The computer was down so she couldn?t make extra key cards.
- Cleanliness could be improved
