Located off Interstate-70, this hotel is a 6-minute drive from downtown Richmond and 2 minutes from Richmond Square Mall. It features an indoor pool and spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi. A microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker are standard in every simply furnished room at the Best Western Richmond Indiana I-70 Richmond. All rooms include a cable TV and a seating area. - The free breakfast was mediocre
- King size mattress support was very uneven. Almost seemed like an extra thick topper and was only comfortable when laying in certain places. I was by myself so it was okay but 2 people would not get a good sleep.
- No front desk person for 6:30am check out. Checking in took longer than it should have.
