Pros +
- Location, cleanliness
- Beds and pillows very comfortable. Shower and accessories very good. Room immaculate. Very quiet. Good light blocking shades!
- The staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to provide excellent service.
Cons -
- There was a big hvac unit right outside my window (rm 232) that was noisy and obstructed the window view. Hotel was otherwise great
- Hard water. The hotel should use a water softener. It took me 2-3x as long to take a shower because the hard water makes it hard to get the soap off. I scratched like a dog all day. Also, the lobby was all torn up for remodeling.
- We had our bags stolen out of our vehicle. Unfortunately this was at the beginning of our trip leaving us with no clothes besides what we had in our overnight bag.
