Accommodation of room preference

Power was out for a few days. Had to find another hotel.

Our experience while at the hotel was great.

The $75 deposit when we checked in. Reason, by Thursday I still didn't get it refunded. I couldn't get in touch with the front desk by phone so I drove there Thursday am because the deposit still hadn't been refunded. I spoke to Linda at the front desk.

The room was very nice & the breakfast was delicious.

Was no mention about them having parties & there was no noise ordinance put in place. Especially during the night time. People were screaming, running up & down the halls & stairwell, which was right by the room they gave us.

Needs alot of updating, carpet worn, closet doors had paint coming off.?. This was the Loudest hotel I have ever been in. Quiet hours not maintained, kids running up and down halls till 1am. My room next door had kids goofing around til 3am.?.

I was double charged for the deposit and I still have not received it back 250 dollars

Hot Tub

The fireplace heater didn't work so good. It's fake of course so the light came on and when I turn heat up it just blew cold air. So I just turned it off.

Room was nice.

Called and asked if pool and kiddie pool were open with the number online no answers. Finally get a call back from a 1-800 number saying that it's the hotel and that everything was open, get to hotel and kiddie pool is closed and they closed pool down.

Rooms were nice & breakfast great. Pool was fun for kids

Pool water too cold & water was murky

Great pool, helpful staff, solid breakfast. As good as an interstate hotel can get.

The beds were not super comfortable but that's a personal preference

proximity to where I was needing to be.

There were spider webs in the bathroom with very "unfinished" walls with patchy drywall visible without paint topcoat. The beds were very uncomfortable, including the pullout couch

The room was nice bed was comfy and the blankets and pillows were great. Breakfast was also good.

We waited quite awhile for someone to get us checked in and then not super friendly. Also the pool area is great but there were like 20 kids and 1 adult so it was pretty chaotic in there. No relaxing in the hot tub.

I liked the late check out and later breakfast. Breakfast options were great.

I love the King suite, stayed with my wife and 3 kids. Commfy, clean and nice staff. Servies around and near by. Swimming pool, breakfast and list go on

The room was great, very clean !! It had everything I needed. And it has a steakhouse right next door. ¿¿

We loved the pool for the kids to swim. Room was clean and nice set up all around. Unfortunately we checked out by 10pm as the 4the floor smelled so bad of marijuana. Sad. Nice place, great pool, friendly staff but not looking to smell that all night.

This was a last minute trip and it did not disappoint! The pools and hot tub were the highlight of the weekend for my kids! The room was small but fit our needs just fine especially for the price. I would definitely book here again! Happy new year!!

Only one elevator was working and it was the slowest elevator ever!! The need to be fixed if not for the guests for your housekeeping staff who is stuck wasting so Much time riding the one elevator as kids run around pushing the buttons. I felt so bad!

Cleanliness

Elevator exit/entrance on third floor has an unexpected dip in the floor. That is dangerous to handicapped or elderly persons.

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and the pool area was nice as well!
