I liked the work ethic of the man that checked us in.

I did not like the work ethic of the first man that was going to check us in housekeeping needs to be completely redone you can see they don?t care everywhere and the morning kitchen staff is old bickering ladies the cockroach in the pool was my favorite

The beds were great, the room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the bathroom was clean and crisp.

We arrived a bit late from our day and the staff wasn't at the desk to check us in. I know the night staff will sometimes have other duties but at the end of a long day waiting almost 20 minutes to check in wasn't exactly the best. Great hotel otherwise.

They change my room. They gave me different room, but I did not accept it.

Property and room were clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly. Scott at the front desk was outstanding! He was very friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcomed. Great job

Out of a 12 day stay, there were three days where the room was not cleaned or bed made.

The hotel was clean, and nice rooms

People from the front desk, they act so rude and they call to my toom saying that I have to get out right now whith rudeza voice

Breakfast options were limited as the hotel was full and only one staff member was restocking food.

The check in lady Akita was amazing and she was very sweet. We came from Ohio and didn't realize the time change so we arrived early and she allowed us to check in and the room was amazing and clean. All of the staff that we encountered was so welcoming.

The location, if you are without transportation, is pretty sucky! Very busy roadway next door, if you want to cross the street.

Room was nice. Bed and pillows were comfy. Relatively quiet. Staff at check in was helpful and accommodating.

Only two bath towels. Bath mat towel had holes. Shower supplies were lacking. Walls were thin. Deposit was much higher. Not a great area.

We have stayed at a number of HI Express hotels and this one is by far the best. It helps that it is new, but beyond that the staff was friendly, the room was great, and the breakfast was terrific.

No signage on the pool door that the pool was closed. My family and I got in the pool after they had just put in chemicals and weren't notified until after we were leaving the pool area.

Pool water stunk and needed some ventilation in pool area. There were NO tables to set stuff on or barely any chairs for that matter.

They allowed me to check in a couple hours early after a long drive. That was much appreciated.

There was a pre-existing stain on the bottom of the comforter on the bed.

Professional and pleasant staff, perfect cleanliness and an exceptionally kind and helpful lady who served the breakfast.

We had a room with 2 queen beds. One of the beds was broken- it made a horrible cracking sound if you sat on the bed. We checked in late so I called and notified the front desk. The next morning I told the front desk clerk who was unaware of the issue.

When I went to pick up the pizza we had ordered for dinner I noticed the area was a bit sketchy. It was, however, super easy access to Indiana Dunes State Park.
