nice big room, beautiful kitchen area. never had to see anyone, passcode was e-mailed to me. everything was handled remotely. Reasonable pricing.
The room layout and size were great, but arguably the only great part.
The layout was terrific, similar to a townhouse, plenty of space.

Cons -

The room was dirty & floors were grimy. It smelled of smoke & had smoke staining. We attempted to use the pullout couch, only to have food crumbs & crackers spill out onto our feet. The mattress was worn & stained. The beds & pillows were hard & thin.
The bedding desperately needs updating and the room smelled of smoke.
