It was close to the family I was visiting

It was hot in the room, even setting the a/c to 60 it was hot and the bed and pillows were terrible we won?t stay here again but it?s not a horrible hotel just not for us

Only one staff member in the evening was Courteous. Breakfast was not worth it. Did not replenish the containers

Uncomfortable mattresses, hot breakfast was just so so... for the rate I paid they should serve more than potatoes every morning.I was alittle shocked to see how many guests do not clean up their own messes!!! The number of plates of food guests made.

The lied about the hot tub when we called. I would not have booked this hotel if i knew their hot tub was out of order.

I was given a room next to barking dogs and they had to change my room

Food was terrible. Shower containers were empty, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

like the layout of rooms, the sliding bathroom door. The fold out couch was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Dining area great. loved pool and hot tub(other than they were overcrowded) Price was good, good accomadations.

The swimming pool had 12 kids in it from 3 different families. there was a set of parents for one set of kids. the other kids ran free, ages 8-12. there needs to be some control over the pool. another hotel takes swim reservations, to prevent this.

Nothing was NOTHING GOOD about this hotel. The general manager delivered poor quality service. Poor customer service & a dishonest customer experience.

I was placed in a room with a NON WORKING toilet during my entire 4 day stay. The staff was non accountable & non emphatic about my experience

Location. Clean rooms and facility.

first room had a mold ring on the ceiling in the shower. Room was switched without a problem. New room bathroom facet loose and falling off-did not affect function. one shower door was stuck and could not open and close without fear of breaking it.

Breakfast was great, it¿s a very quiet area, overall not a bad place to relax.

Pool was too cold and the jet¿s on the hot tub didn¿t work.

We have stayed at this Hampton many times in the past. It is convenient when visiting family and friends.

This was by far the worst stay ever. The pool was not open and the lovely breakfast bar was closed. We only got cold boxes while other Hamptons were still serving breakfast. Worst of all was the poor attitude of the staff at reception. Very disappointing.

Not much. Needs to be cleaned . Not anything like it was before when I stayed there. For the cost it was awful.

Lots. It was dirty. Nothing worked, Food was a joke. the boxed breakfast they had was a joke. hard cold bagel, and no toaster to cook it in. Nothing good in the box. Front desk people were nice, but unable to do anything to help. Never again.

The pillows were dirty some didn¿t have protectors and had fresh stain An hour before check out I called for towels for my kids and I the woman was rude and would only bring me two towels for the 4 of us since check out was in an hour smh

How clean and neat the hotel and room was

No one was at the front desk. I had to call the hotel in order to get the person to come to the front desk to check me in.

It is at a great location near where we needed to be for the Christmas Party that we were going to attend. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We had a remote for the tv that didn't work and they came quickly to come and fix it. Breakfast was great

I thought that the bed could have been a little better but overall not bad at all.

Checkout morning, I went to Starbucks next door (8:30). I told housekeeping that I would return. As I approached the elevator she went to my room. I informed her, I'm coming back. While drinking my coffee (9:00), she opened my door. Felt Rushed...

It was in a nicer area. The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating.

The walls were paper thin...we could hear our neighbor snoring and asked to move to another room. The hot breakfast was just ok.

It was very close to the interstate and all of our other planned locations.

Room was not ready two hours after stated check-in time, the evening staff smelled heavily of pot. Housekeeping showed up twice in a row after that, though we did not solicit a visit. Housekeeping came at 8:30 the next morning to flip the room.
