A room, housekeeper that gave me house was excellent

The manager was lousy and Mrs. tree. Her last name is tree included.

The hotel was clean, spacious and breakfast options were okay.

Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly

I stayed 4 nights and didn't get maid service at all. Did I have to request it?

The staff were very kind and accommodating. They allowed us a late checkout time because we were having car trouble. They also allowed us to stay in their very nice lobby for many hours after check out until our car repairs were completed.

Bed needs to be replaced. I was there 5 nights, but only had housekeeping service once. Considering housekeeping was supposed to be after every 2 nights, I think I got skipped. The breakfast overall was good, but I wish there had been yogurt every day.

Lots of noise coming from upper floors. People running, slamming things, etc. Made it challenging to get rest. Pillows were too soft. They would flatten all the way down. Had to put a piece of luggage under them in order to be able to rest.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast choices were great.

I would have liked housekeeping at least once during my stay. I might have missed signing up, but I was there 4 nights. I did get a bag of clean towels.

Staff, location, and convenience were great. Breakfast was also good.

There were some maintenance issues in the room that need to be addressed. Cabinets were a bit beat up and the faucet in the bathroom was very loose.

Staff was extremely friendly and kind! Breakfast was hot with many options.

Room was a bit dirty when we entered. Urine on toilet seat. Saw a few repairs needing done by elevators and around door frames.

We picked this hotel because of the hot tub and pool and the spacious rooms

When we arrived the hot tub was out of service. We stayed over for Valentine¿s Day. When were charged $125 for rose pedal being left on the floor. A quick vacuum wouldn¿t solved that issue. Unfortunately we won¿t be returning to this hotel in the future.

The hotel was near the wedding venue which was very convenient. Also loved the continental breakfast.

There was a stain on our carpet and I didn¿t like how hard the bed was.

Location, breakfast, size of room, kitchen with all appliances and dishes to use.

Staff was nonchalant, seemed careless, not helpful. The rooms should be more soundproof. Was on third floor and can hear conversation from next room over and stomping from above on the fourth floor. Water doesn’t stay hot very long.

It's clean and the staff is friendly. It's not far from Chicago either.

I get the breakfast buffet is closed, but I think they could offer more than an apple, yogurt and a breakfast bar. Maybe ask us what we'd want and make that possible. Then the cooks are working and we get breakfast! :-)

Our room above lobby and sliding power entrance doors vibrated wall that bed was located against every time they opened and closed.

I liked everything

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very respectful towards the guests (especially the rude guests).

We asked for early check in and showed up 2 hours later than we said and the room was still not ready. It was understandable since there was a wedding and so many guests checking in. Plus they did accommodate our need to get ready for our concert.

The staff were extremely considerate, the evening meal on real plates(with wine options) served Monday thru Thursday is beyond any hotel experience my wife and I have ever had.

The pool was a bit chilly for our taste, and the layout of the suite put the TV in a strange relationship to the bed, but that's about it for gripes.
