- It was in a college town It needed some attention! Our commode handle was broke A light out in the bathroom The hallways needed painting Etc !
- Yes my trashcan had empty beer bottles from previous people. The bed had cookie crumbs in it
- It smelled very musty as soon as you walk through the doors and right into the room.
