- That the general manager offered me another room. When I declined she readily agreed to refund my money.
- It was a weeknight so the cost was reduced and location was good.
- Clean.. friendly staff
Cons -
- The outside was filthy & unappealing. People were sitting outside in chairs smoking marijuana, drinking & playing music - in broad daylight. The room was not clean. Shower curtain had lots of mold/mildew. Towels were extremely dingy. Furniture torn up.
- I was expecting a better breakfast. No toast, bagels, muffins, eggs or sausage. Also they were out of decaf and said there was no more and this was less than a half hour after opening time.
- Bedbugs, they tore me up then when asking to be moved the staff told me ?they didn?t have bedbugs? I politely had her follow me to the room to show her where they were. A whole family of them
