Windows, need replace, shower slippery, nozzle head face enough to flood flooring, dangerous, not moveable

It was close to where we needed to be near family that loved in martinsville.

Pool was out of service. Breakfast room was very dirty. Sticky syrup stuck to the bottom of containers. Coffee was cold. Barely anything to eat. Food wasn't replaced. And that's at 8 inthe morning. Room was very dusty as well, and dead flies in window.

Did not like anything about this hotel

Room had bed bugs they do not put protector on the beds. We went down and told the people in charge of the hotel and they did not care and would not refund us the money back to go somewhere else. Will not stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beds comfortably. Nothing else. Would not recommend to stay here!!

Wanted main floor room told no. not busy. Unsafe railings up to 2nd floor from lobby wobbly and loose. Back stair rails hanging loose off walls. Exit sign tied up with string by back stairs. Health dept. should check out continental breakfast!!!!

It was available!! Staff was good.

Location was not good. I think this is due to construction.

Staff didn't seem very knowledgeable. Told us wrong room number. Fortunately he had written down the correct one.

The hotel is conveniently located off the main highway.

The staff were not very friendly or helpful. I was trying to do an early check-in at 7am because I needed to day sleep until 1pm and then I was leaving again. They want to charge me another $80 on top of what I had already paid in order to check in at 7

The price is the only thing this hotel had going for it.

The Airconditioner made noises when shutting off. In the floor there felt like some kind of trap door where every time you walked across it it would move. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The sheets and towels were atrociously uncomfortable.

Nothing said it was kid friendly and pet welcome. But was hatefull about my kids bieng hyper.i have to boys that are odd and adhd and i tryed to tell them that and they didnt care told me to keep them in room

The floors where nasty and the toilet was falling apart. Room had a mold smell

The price of the room just to pop in and sleep for the night was good.

Nothing for breakfast that I couldn't buy prepacked, tv channels were limited and front desk worker was outside when we got there and took a while to walk in to check us in. The room was very small, but ok for the low price of stay.

Outside was clean and neat, bed was comfortable.

Outside doors were not secure. Breakfast was HORRID, staff was indifferent.

Easy to get to.

We did not get the ground floor like we wanted. two of us cannot climb stairs. Very hard on us.

I hated every minute if this hotel. It was dirty and smelled like smoke even in the lobby. The room had dust and smelled like a strip club. I found a French fry I dropped on the ground covered in ants and found them in my bed the next morning.

Upon seeing this I immediately checked out a day early and management's response to this was it was the ants environment too.

It was in a good location for our trip.

The room was advertised with free wifi but the wifi was not useable.

It had a bed.

The smoke detectors in the curling had been removed. The sheets and pillowcases were stained. There was mold on the bathroom tiling. The bathroom fan was filthy. The carpets were badly stained and worn. Disgusting hotel.

Could not sleep due to loud tv in adjacent room. Food from previous occupants was in the refrigerator. No attendant on duty when we checked out

Worst hotel experience I've ever had

Filthy. Smoke filled non smoking rooms. Advertised a pool, pool has not worked for two years. Bed covered in plastic (bed bugs)Owner refused a refund. Left immediately.

Bathroom was dirty. Black ring around toilet bowl. Hypodermic needle and syringe found on floor. Bed was uncomfortable. Mattress was covered with plastic.

Pool was not in service.Room was not finished with remodeling.Toilet did not flush.Was charged extra money for having a guest in room.Everything i asked for at front desk, it seemed they did not have it (towels, shampoo, soap)
