convenient location

the room seemed old and deteriorating, there was a strong odor (chemical-like) the shower surround was separating from walls and had mold, towels had stains...

This hotel was in a great location, the bed was comfortable, we enjoyed the popcorn in the evening, the pool and the breakfast.

Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel and property were clean. The pool was a pleasant temperature. Overall happy.

Allowed pets, had to tell staff that a dog had pooped on 3rd floor by elevator

Lack of bananas and fruit for the breakfast, lack of Greek yogurt, all yogurt was full fat. The fire alarm went off twice. No one from the front desk communicated to me at all. I had to ask other people who assumed all was ok.

The room was very nice and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Quiet hotel, nice location, clean, breakfast had good variety.

The location was close to our destination. Pool was nice, breakfast was decent. Staff was very friendly. The room suited our needs for the weekend.

Our room cards for entry to the room stopped working a few times. The bath tub was slippery and there were no safety rails and there was no place to hang the towels and wash cloths in the bathroom.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Great breakfast!!

The first room we were assigned had an overpowering musty smell to it. We asked to change rooms and they gave us a different one immediately, that was very comfortable.

Bed was comfy & good breakfast.

A funky musty room odor turned off a/c + left window open thru entire stay for zerO effect.

The location was awesome! Great restaurants nearby and safe area.

The staff was horrible. The desk clerk, Ivy was not a person that should be upfront dealing with the public. She was the first clue that told me we could have problems. Then the room smelled like stale urine. It appeared to be surfaced clean only¿.,,,,,

Coincidently the bathtub did not drain properly which meant standing in ankle deep water. Only stayed 1 night so cannot comment on how timely the problem was resolved.

The breakfast was good. They had ice machines on each floor.

The bathroom was in a terrible mess. Definitely not worth $---

the facilities were clean and the staff was helpful to the guests a hot breakfast was included the pool was open for our grandchildren

their are safety issues in this building including broken fire doors in the north stairwell and a broken outside door latch on the north end of the building. this makes the hotel vulnerable to fire loss and security issues.

Very friendly staff. Nice location . Quiet yet convenient to the highway.
