The staff was friendly.

It was available and affordable. The check-in staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Cons -

The hotel room was dirty. The sheets didn?t look changed. The heating/cooling system had a missing button and took a very long time to get it to work
There was roaches in the room, floor was not clean towels were very worn down.
I do not like outside entrance structures.The booking agencies should show a picture of the outside of the structure so I can avoid the ones I do not feel secure in. The security latch broke. There were no linens so I couldn't shower.
