It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We love the friendliness of the staff and they were very professional. We thought that the breakfast was exceptional. Thank you for a great night!

We really can't think of anything that we didn't like.

Very loud hotel. Sound like a herd of elephants above my room. Loud during the day but seemed to quiet down by bedtime, 1030 to 1100pm

there was trash left over in the room and food left over in the fridge

Not much for one they lied and said. Yes to am 11year olds birthday which btw we came in person was shown a room I made the front desk person aware of a birthday party we are renting a room for then came to booking.com bc it was cheaper through the website.

Once arrived at. Home2 a different. Front desk person had a huge attitude from the time I spoke to her until she was calling her gm. Where they both was rude and told me they are refunding the money spent. Bc there policy is strictly no parties. Period. So everyone is showing up my daughter is crying we are made to get another hotel room down the street. At Fairfield luckily we had the finances. To do so. But that doesn't. Stop the confusion the embarrassing phone calls we had to make the pizzas that was cold none of that can be replaced my daughter's feelings on her birthday
