The bed mattress was too soft but that is a personal preference, not a complaint.

I liked the location, it was close to restaurants and places to go. My family was supposed to stay 2 nights, but that didn't happen. The first night seemed to go well, check in was smooth and the staff was friendly. I slept in one of the beds myself, my daughter wanted to sleep on the couch and my youngest son wanted to sleep with dad because that bed was closer to the TV. Fast fwd to the next morning, I woke up and had a cluster of itchy bumps on my ankle. I immediately pulled the sheets back and saw what appeared to be the exoskeleton of some sort of bug. I went into the bathroom to wash the area on my leg and unfolded a towel to find what appeared to be another exoskeleton. I sent pics of the bite and exoskeletons to my sister, my mom, and googled it and it all pointed to bed bugs. We immediately packed up and headed to the front desk. I explained everything to the assistant general manager and asked her to come to the room so I could show her and she was happy to help. She said she was going to contact their exterminators and have them confirm the findings. And that's what would determine if we would be refunded for our stay.Three days later I received an email from the general manager and he explained that the exterminator they brought in said it wasn't bed bugs and per their policy I wouldn't be able to get a refund. So not only was I bitten by some type of bug and had itchy red bumps on my leg, we had to end our trip early because I wasn't sure what type of bug it was, but I paid money to get our clothes washed at a Laundromat because I didn't want to chance bringing bugs home.

I didn't like that the general manager couldn't rectify the situation by just refunding our night there. Saying they strive for cleanliness and guest satisfaction, and in my opinion they failed. As a guest I was absolutely not satisfied. Regardless of whether there were bed bugs or whatever, I was bitten by some type of bug and found bug skins in the hotel room and in the bed I slept in. Per policy according to the general manager, I wasn't going to be able to get a refund because they didn't find any bed bugs.

Room was very comfortable plenty of space. Breakfast was also good as well

When we arrived we was earlier so I understand our room wasn't ready understand that no problem. But then a large group came in to check in and four at once trying to check in from same party with three people at front desk then power goes out. System needs to be rebooted so that took a minute, and we waited so did everyone else one person should of one person then helped the others waiting. The bathroom you could tell the ceiling just was painted and I understand bathrooms with humidity older hotel the more damage you have. The retiling of the corners in the bathroom needed to be redone you can tell this was done in a hurry. Issues we had mainly from one year ago to presant this kind of went down hill 2024 great experiance that why we rebooked. I doubt we will for 2026. After reading reviews over the past few months the issues the company agrees needs to be fixed are not fixed.

Room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Nice breakfast selection. Everything was clean.

The staff did not attempt to get rooms close together for us as we requested. The ice machine was beeping incredibly loud across from our room and after multiple complaints over the course of hours, we were told that it would not be remedied until the next day- which is when we would check out. Disruptive to sleep. No towels in the pool area.

Loved the look of this hotel, loved how big and nice the rooms was! Everything was very clean and had a clean smell. Staff was very nice! This is definitely gonna be my go to hotel!

Great location and comfortable bed

The bathroom door was very heavy and hard to close. It would have been nice if there were eggs and meat seperate, instead of on English Muffins or a pre- made bowl with peppers.
