My trip started off with I paid for my hotel the night before need to get charged by the hotel again when I showed up because of a mistake that I was told happened between booking could not reach out to BOOK! nor have I been able to get any responses back via email find this completely unacceptable, and not a way to do business

The location was great. Our room was close to the pool
Window was broken but no maintenance to fix. In the bathroom and entry to the room you could hear water sloshing under the flooring and towards the end of the stay it started seeping through the flooring. The floor was gross. Turned my feet black. The towels were dingy and the sheets had no elastic so they would stay on the mattress. The beds were horrible. The beds were sinking into the center. Very little lighting in room and bathroom.

Cheap and good location
Beds weren’t super comfortable and our bathroom was run down.

Location is good
Breakfast was ok, no coffee; machine was broken, pool was disgusting, our room smelled musty, when we took a shower the bathtub would get stopped up and drain very very slowly, we turned ac unit off prior to leaving for the day and came back to water all over the floor and was only offered towels to soak it up. Said they couldn't get us a different room. A friend of ours stayed there as well and their hair dryer almost caught fire. Lots of OSHA violations. I asked for change to use the laundry facilities and they couldn't give me change. I had to exchange dirty towels to be able to get clean ones. Will not be staying here again.

Location was fantastic. Right off 65 with plenty of restaurants nearby. A Texas Roadhouse right across the street meant we didn't have to drive on New Year's Eve. The staff was friendly & accommodating.
Place could've used a serious vacuuming. The exhaust fan in our bathroom was louder than a 747. Might pick another hotel off the same exit.
