- The customer service
- The room was very nice, the hotel was well kept, the beds were comfortable and the room was nice.
- Beautiful room. Comfy bed. Staff was friendly.
Cons -
- Parking
- The hotel didn?t have a pool
- There was no microwave, there were no basic amenities such as a little store for pain medications, parking was expensive/confusing, we were charged double for parking, the staff was very unhelpful/uncaring & just passed off issues/concerns to someone else
