Probably the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was extremely friendly & exceeded expectations, going above & beyond for any request. The property is meticulously maintained & the room was excellent ! Lovely pool & hot tub area was a welcome retreat.

I really liked this hotel. The room was spacious and quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. My 4 year old niece was thrilled with everything about the facilities but especially enjoyed the hot tub!

Comfort and cleanliness of the room
There were 3 people in my group and there was not enough blankets to use and there was no sheets on the mattress of the sofa bed. The lady at check in was more concerned with her cellphone than checking us in.

Location was great. Loved the basketball court and outdoor patio area. Rooms were spacious.
Breakfast area was a mess! Sticky syrup all over everything. They were out of clean plates and cups.

Huge room with kitchen and full-size frig. Many AC outlets. Comfortable bed. Nicely decorated. Overall a good hotel.
Too much noise was heard from room above. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Residence Inn has established a high bar for itself, so anything imperfect is more noticeable.

The size of the room was great and the hotel had great amenities! The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was very clean. It was also very easy to access the highway and it was close to shopping.
