The room was very dirty, the bathroom was nasty and we had dirty towels and face cloths in the room and when we asked for clean face cloths they did not have any.

Rooms are dirty with bugs
Rude front desk, my room was dirty with bugs in my bathroom. Last at the front desk could care less.

NOTHING. . Our room was dirty, TV didn't work, Phone didn't work, Refrigerator was broken and mold all around broken seal and dirty, bed had crumbs in it, carpet was not vacuum. This place was the worst hotel I have ever been in. Also they had a bench outside our window and a man was sitting there smoking a cigar he left when we closed our window curtain. It was scary and spooky to us ladies. I will send some pictures to you. I would never recommend this hotel. I have more pictures but I am limited in sharing.
EVERYTHING. I booked for two nights and only stayed one night. I asked for a refund only for the one night they said I had to go through booking .com . So I am asking booking. com for a refund for one night.

Clean Room, good room size, comfortable beds, nothing to complain!!!
Ground floor room due to lobby and breakfast room noisy but in our case ok as we do not sleep too long :)

Room was spacious and clean.
Breafast was put away too early. Room was nice, but hallways need remodeling.

Location was great and as expected.
Room was subpar. Bathroom tub had caulking coming off and mold in gaps. Tub faucet was pulled from wall and not connected. Vanity light bulbs burned out. Peep hole had tissue stuffed in it. When removed it showed there was no glass in it; just an open hole to the passageway. Not what I have come to expect from a Wyndom property!

Good location and cost. Employees were very nice and helpful.
No toilet paper, ice bucket, or working phone. The toilet tank top was broken. There was black mold in the bathroom. I did contact the hotel company and let them know these issues.

The bathtub was dirty and the plastic fitment they put over the original tub had water under it that where making waves
