Please note that early check-in and late check-out are available at an additional cost of USD 10, subject to the availability of the same room category. Smoking is allowed in designated areas. For non-compliance, a USD 250 violation fee is strictly enforced. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights, and USD 15 per day thereafter. If linen (pillow, bedsheet, duvet, towel) is damaged, we will charge a penalty of USD 15 to USD 40, depending on the item. Unauthorised guests will be charged USD 50 per person per night. On-site parking is available for USD 25 per night. Parking for large vehicles is subject to availability at the hotel. An additional charge of USD 25 per night may apply, payable directly at the property. For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of USD 10 may apply and is payable at the property. A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in. For stays of up to 7 days, a deposit of USD 50 will be collected, while stays exceeding 7 days will require a deposit of USD 100. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon checkout. Payment is by credit card only; cash is not accepted.
