Good location

Initial room was not cleaned at all it still had trash in the room garbage, one of the beds wasn’t made, room keys from prior guess was still sitting on the tv stand and it the front desk guy too long to reassign me another room.. once I got the new room the couch/bed was broke.. we didn’t even sit on it in fear of damaging it more than it already was..

The lady at the bar was so friendly and efficient. The beds were comfortable. Room was clean.

The check in guy wasn't very welcoming. He wasn't friendly at all and spoke too low. I could barely hear him and even had to have him repeat himself a couple of times. The elevator was having problems. Felt like we were going to get stuck on it several times. The hallway carpet on our floor looked old and dirty. The room was stuffy even though we had the temperature set as low as it would go (68).

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was good. The gym was good.

The manager played music in the lobby at 7am. It was so loud we could hear it in our room on the second floor. I asked them to turn it down which they did but then they put it loud again. They did move us to a room on the fourth floor, but it was not necessary for the music to be played that loud that early. The breakfast was very disappointing. Very little variety and not hot. Overall it was not worth the price.

The rooms were nice, very clean. Staff was polite.

The breakfast was terrible. Not many drink choices had to ask for drinks. Coffee was far away from the breakfast bar. The food was bland.
