The hotel has high standards in everything. Very clean, we checked some places that are sometimes skipped by room maintenance in other hotels, and this one was really above expectations. Modern and stylish furniture. Very adequate lighting and amount of sockets for your gadgets. Other guests mentioned some noise outside, but it was very quiet during our stay. All kitchen gear is provided - pots, tableware, silverware, and some useful accessories. Pool was warm, though the water was some turbid, and yes, pool towels are provided. Gym equipment is very typical but new and in excellent state. Breakfast was good, with enough space for guests in the breakfast area. And of course very welcoming and helpful staff.
Though the location is great for transit travellers, there is nothing in pedestrian access, except a gas station and a couple of fastfoods ~500 m away. That's not a fail of the hotel but guests should plan their evenings accordingly.As for the hotel, it would be great if the water in the pool wasn't so turbid, and if there was more than one robe hook in the bathroom.

Great location, service and comfortable beds. Reliable shuttle service to airport. Luis the shuttle driver was friendly and professional.
Our room was close to the Fed Ex parking lot so was quite noisy at night

Hotel is relatively new, so everything is in great condition. Rooms are comfortable and a good size. Staff is friendly and helpful. I really like this hotel and have stayed here several times.
I have had a staff member enter my room two different times while staying at this hotel despite having the 'do not disturb' sign displayed each time. This was upsetting because I was asleep on both occasions.
