The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious.

Good location, modern and very clean.

We requested a sofa bed which turned out to be broken. Engineer came up to try and fix but was unable. We were too tired to pack and switch rooms.

Great amenities like their rooftop bar & next door parking garage. Walking distance to many restaurants & bars. Comfortable room & bed.

A/C was pretty loud in the room but didn’t keep us awake.

Breakfast was very good and staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and bed was pretty comfy for a hotel bed.

No one told us that the pool was closed so we had a very upset and disappointed toddler. That was one of the main reasons for booking.

We had zero sleep because of how loud the traffic was at night which is it so odd to me because there was zero traffic during the day. I think noise finally stopped around 3:00/3:30 am.

Hotel was very nice and clean. I had a blast visiting, and the food was delicious.

Location is perfect if you are going to the Gainbridge Stadium. The staff was friendly. Descent breakfast. Room was clean. Parking garage- I hate driving in the city. With the garage and the local eatery so close, I didn't have to worry about it at all. Top it off the parking garage is safe and pretty clean.

My only complaint is the pillows. My husband was fighting a stiff neck after sleeping on the pillows.

Too many not so nice surprises. Room not cleaned? "We only do that every other day. That's how we do it". Can I get a metal spoon (i hate plastic)? "We have no other spoons" (i saw plenty, and next day there were). Two kind of yoghurts mixed, yellow and white, in one pot? "That's only one kind, it's the same"?? Very little amenities in the room, e.g. no lotion, no ear sticks.. No water bottle in the room. The pool is hidden on 15fl, good, because after 20 min one cannot stand anymore because of chlorine in water and air. This is ok for a 100$ room, but not if you raise to 250+.
