Red Roof Inn & Suites Indianapolis Airport

We love the location.

The automatic lights in the room. You get up to go to the bathroom at night & every light gets turned on. Which means you wake whoever you are traveling with. Plus the kitchen didn't have any light to make it safe to cook at.

I was only at the location for about 12 hours. Location was convenient. Restaurants and a gas station/convenience store very close. The bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Friendly staff. Dog friendly and even friendly tenants and comfortable over all experience was surprisingly good. If I was to travel in the area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Bathroom was a little dirty. If I had to not pick, the free coffee wasn’t great.

It was pretty quiet and the beds were clean. I slept well. The price was reasonable for an airport hotel. I'd stay again.

The airport shuttle was $10, but that wasn't clear to me at booking. I would have preferred to just take an Uber there.

Easy to access location with plenty of rooms available.

Lots of people loitering around parking lot, room was not as clean as I would have hoped, shower curtain liner missing, in room phone did not function to be able to call front desk, bed was a little firm. Red Roof Inn's are usually nicer than this.

Room was comfortable and location was good. Had business conference in downtown. Everything near the downtown was either booked or way too expensive. This worked out quite nicely. I didn't rent a car but Lyft was easily accessible.

leaky faucet in the shower that did not stop dripping the entire time we were there. you could hear it dripping all night

The room was very comfortable, the bed was great and spacious so we could get a good night's rest. The hotel is close to Jimmy John's and Waffle House, so we had good eating options.

The shuttle runs from 4:30 am to 11:30 pm, we needed the shuttle for 4 am but they couldn't accomodate the shuttle to run at that time. In addition, the hotel also charges you $10 for the shuttle, we stayed at another Red Roof Inn at Miami and it was completely free.

Dirty, smelly, no breakfast, no control over loud/disrespectful guests.

Good location , reception open 24 hours , staff very friendly .

I had a room right on highway, traffic noise was unbearable..

Check in was easy. I was able to schedule a shuttle to airport and had no issues. Staff was friendly and helpful. The furniture in the room wasn't in the best shape but the room was clean including the bathroom, towels and linens.
